CAPTION CONTEST: The 1980's pop band Devo, famous for it's hit "Whip It," has entered the presidential campaign on behalf of Obama by releasing a song this month titled, "Don't Roof Rack Me, Bro (Remember Seamus)" mocking Mitt Romney and the family dog.
